Belhaven Smokehouse is a small artisan smokehouse, established in 1975. Specialising in smoked and cured salmon and trout products.
Our salmon is farm reared in the wild and turbulent, coastal waters off Shetland & Orkney, where the strong tidal currents help the fish stay lean and less fatty. This unique environment helps create the beautiful textures and flavours we have become famous for.
Our bespoke, small batch smokers use oak smoke, to deliver a richly distinctive, and unique flavour.
